Mr. Cartwright is a partner at Fifth Avenue Advisors, LLC specializing in venture capital, private equity and mergers & acquisitions. Prior, he co-founded By-Products Interactive and Benchmark Solutions.
Ruth Ross spent 30 years as a senior Human Resources leader at top companies in both NYC and San Francisco before retiring from her role as an EVP of HR at Wells Fargo in 2011 to start her own company.
Casey is an entrepreneur and real estate developer. He is Managing Partner at Belleair Capital Group, a privately held real estate company responsible for the development of numerous residential communities throughout Florida.
Mr. Charles is the founder of Central Avenue Advisors—specializing in helping companies and nonprofits uncover found money in their operations. He is the a former Navy submariner, owner of Haven’s Candies in Maine, a certified SCORE mentor and active social impact investor.
Joe first entered the startup world with Steve Case’s Revolution Money (prior to AMEX’s $350MM purchase of the company). He next joined SavvyCard as investor and, subsequently, COO and Board Member. In 2018 he exited his first founded company, Think Tank (Big Sea after merging) and raised capital for 2 new projects, St Pete Catalyst & St Petersburg Group.
Mr. Lewis is 30 year veteran in the health care benefits industry, having served as the CEO for UnitedHealthcare’s commercial operations in Florida, Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi for over 15 years.
Prior to his UHC career, he co-founded and served as CEO of four start-up physician independent practice associations (IPA’s) and an Alabama domiciled Health Maintenance Organization (HMO).
Tommy Simon is a CEO, entrepreneur, investor, growth strategist and sales consultant with a strong financial and technology background. He has founded and successfully sold consulting and product companies. Currently Mr. Simon is President and COO of Care Analytics.
Mr Bosquez is the former President & CEO World Duty Free Americas, Inc. (formerly Duty Free International,
Inc.), the largest Travel Retail Company in North America with sales exceeding $500
million. He has led numerous mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings as well as developed and
executed growth strategies.
Kevin C. Moore, Ed. D. is currently serving as Director of Operations, Entrepreneurship at the University of Tampa. Moore is a Founding Partner of Tier 1 Performance Solutions, LLC and is a Performance Improvement and Instructional Design consultant with over twenty five years of experience designing and modifying instruction for adult learners.
Eric Fontana is a CPA and serves as President and sole shareholder of Fontana Consulting and Fontana CPAs. Founded in 2000, both companies provide business advisory, accounting and auditing services to the non profit and small business community of Florida. Eric is a former manager at KPMG, an international accounting firm.
For over 30 years, Kannan has participated in the evolution of IT technology with significant experience in leading strategy and business development activities and designing and implementing a broad range of growth initiatives across multiple industry segments. He has an avid interest in driving entrepreneurship and fostering economic development through collaboration between entrepreneurs, universities, research institutions and governments.
Noel has many years’ experience in international sales, marketing and business development.This includes public and private companies in a diverse range of industries in both Europe and North America. He has spent the last two decades in Tampa, where he provided personal consulting services through his company BakerYork.
Dr. Vasiloudes is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology and the American Board of Pediatrics. He is a member and fellow of numerous local, national and international professional organizations.
Mark has 30+ years of global pharmaceutical commercial development, marketing and consulting experience. Mark is currently a consultant, board member of Annovis Bio, and member of Robin Hood Ventures, a Philadelphia based angel investor group. Before retiring from Pfizer, Mark was Vice President Worldwide Marketing, with global responsibility for new product development and marketing for Pfizer’s Inflammation and Immunology Therapeutic Area.
Roger is a technology entrepreneur that has founded companies in the defense, solar energy, biomedical and semiconductor industries. He has led both privately held and publicly listed corporations. He has orchestrated spin offs, joint ventures and divestitures. He continues to create and invest new high tech entities and participates in the management of companies with which he is associated.
Ryan Kania is an entrepreneur that resides in Tampa, FL. He graduated Summa Cum Laude and Fall 2010’s Outstanding Graduate from the University of South Florida. Ryan attended the MBA program at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He began his career in investment banking prior to starting his first company, Advocates for World Health. Since 2014, Ryan has started over 6 companies with 3 that currently remain established in the Tampa area.
